Financial Aid

If you will be applying for financial aid, read our Financial Aid Policies. Then, read below for detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to apply for aid. Complete the Registration Form online and pay the non-refundable registration fee of $200.00.

Please do not hesitate to call or email business@clanh.org if you have any questions.

Limited funds are granted each year in the form of financial aid to families who otherwise would have difficulty meeting their full tuition obligations. Financial aid is awarded on a needs basis.

Application Process

Step 1: Set up a FACTS account at https://factsmgt.com/parents/#family-online

BEFORE you apply for Financial Aid, you MUST have a Family Portal and FACTS management Account. This is an independent, third-party company that conducts financial analysis to determine your family's financial needs. We receive a confidential report outlining your financial situation and decide awards based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax documents.

**District Code: CLA-NH

Step 2: Fill out and submit your online application.

Step 3: Submit supporting documents.

Submit your Federal Form 1040 Income Tax Return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income to FACTS. You can upload documents by logging into your online account or fax them to 866-315-9264. Draft or Preview Copy tax documents will not be accepted

Step 4: Set up your tuition payment.

  • Log in to your Family Portal account.

  • Choose: SIGN IN. If you didn’t use FACTS this year but set up an account for financial aid, please use the same login information. THIS WILL BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR FAMILY PORTAL LOGIN INFORMATION

  • Choose: NEW ACCOUNT and create a username & password. Be sure to save this information for future use

  • Create a FACTS account if you have not done so already. If you've applied for financial aid, this step is already done

  • Once your account is set up you will need to choose SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN on the right in order to enter bank account information

  • Continue to add account information. Upon completion, the school will enter the payment information for your account (including the amount owed, withdrawal date, and the number of monthly payments). You will receive an email when the account is finalized

*Please allow at least two weeks for processing your application.

**An application is considered complete only when FACTS Grant & Aid has received all supporting documentation.

New Hampshire Education Freedom Accounts

On June 10, 2025, Governor Kelly Ayotte signed a bill expanding eligibility for the Education Freedom Account (EFA) program to all New Hampshire families, regardless of income. The updated law includes a statewide enrollment cap of 10,000 students, with priority given to renewing students, their siblings, low-income families, and students with disabilities. The EFA program continues to allow parents to use a portion of the state per-pupil education funding for approved educational expenses, including private school tuition, homeschooling costs, online learning, tutoring, and more. The Children’s Scholarship Fund New Hampshire continues to manage the EFA program, helping families access the educational opportunities that work best for their children.
